Prof. Dr. Hoang Dinh Phi has served as Rector of the Hanoi School of Business and Management (HSB) since 2013, contributing significantly to business education in Vietnam. His vision focuses on developing HSB into a global business school and nurturing responsible leaders for Vietnam and beyond. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Vietnam University of Commerce, a Master’s degree from the Asian Institute of Technology, and Bachelor’s degrees in Law, Russian, and English. In 2025, he was awarded the title of Professor, recognizing his academic and scientific achievements. His research interests include Innovation Management, Nontraditional Security, and Integrated Business Management. Through his work in teaching, research, and leadership, he has helped shape HSB’s growth and promote an innovative, globally relevant educational approach.
