Thang Ngoc Nguyen is currently an associate professor and Vice Rector at Hanoi School of Business and Management, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He is also an Affiliate Research Fellow at the IPAG Business School, France. He holds a Doctor in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University, Belgium. He is currently an Asociate Editor of the Asia Pacific Business Review. His current research interests include human resource management, job sercurity, environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility. His work has been published in several academic journals such as Personnel Review, Asia Pacific Business Review, Discover Sustainability, International Journal of Engineering Business Management, or International Review of Economics and Finance and books, chapters and other contributions in practitioner journals, magazines and newsletters.
