Guide to Online Admission Confirmation and Direct Submission of Admission Documents for the 2023 Regular Undergraduate Program at HSB, VNU

I. Online Admission Confirmation

II. Direct Submission of Admission Documents

  • Time: From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on August 31, 2023 (Thursday)
  • Location: Nguyen Van Dao Hall, VNU, No. 144 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi
  • When submitting admission documents directly, applicants must submit:
  1. Admission Notice for the 2023 Regular Undergraduate Program: original and 02 photocopies.
  2. Citizen ID Card: 01 notarized photocopy and the original for verification.
  3. Certificate of High School Graduation Examination Results 2023: original.
  4. High School Graduation Diploma or equivalent (for applicants who graduated before 2023): 01 notarized photocopy and the original for verification. Temporary Graduation Certificate (original) (for applicants who graduated in 2023).
  5. High School Academic Transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy or certified by the graduating school and the original for verification.
  6. Birth Certificate: 01 certified true copy or 01 notarized photocopy.
  7. Curriculum Vitae Form (according to form QHD_mau-ly-lich-2023), with attached photo bearing an overlapping seal and certified by local authorities.
  8. Certificate of eligibility for priority status based on social policies and categories (if applicable). Applicants eligible for regional and categorical priority must present the originals of relevant documents for verification.
  9. Personal history and Party/Youth Union membership transfer certificate (if applicable). (e.g., Youth Union book, etc.)
  10. Temporary absence declaration form issued by the ward (commune) police, accompanied by a photocopy of the Citizen ID Card (for students who need to register for temporary residence).
  11. Military service registration transfer certificate (for male students of military service age).
  12. 02 photos 3x4 cm and 01 photo 6x9 cm, taken no more than 6 months prior to the admission date. (write full name, date of birth, place of birth on the back of the photos and on the photo envelope)
  13. Compulsory Health Insurance Card: 01 photocopy (notarization not required)
  14. English proficiency certificate if available (IELTS 4.5 or higher or equivalent): 01 notarized photocopy
  15. Admission fees are the total amount of the following payments: Applicants can pay cash directly at the admission session or transfer via Account Holder: HSB, Account Number 1: 120.10.00.598.5726 At Bank: BIDV – Transaction Office Branch 1. Remittance details: Full name_date of birth_Citizen ID/ID Card_major (abbreviated name)_admission
  16. Student ID card and student materials fee: 100,000 VND
  17. Provisional tuition fee
  • Business Administration and Technology (MET) program: 32,000,000 VND
  • Management and Security (MAS) program: 35,000,000 VND
  • Marketing and Communications (MAC) program: 30,000,000 VND
  • Human Resources and Talent Management (HAT) program: 30,000,000 VND
18. Health record purchase and health examination fee: 180,000 VND (if the applicant already has a health examination certificate, submit it with the admission documents and this fee is not required) 19. Compulsory Health Insurance for 15 months (from October 01, 2023 to December 31, 2024): 850,500 VND/15 months. 20. Personal Accident Insurance (voluntary): 420,000 VND/4 years

Important notes for direct submission of admission documents: 

  • Applicants carefully read the requirements regarding the quantity and type of documents (whether original/certified true copy/notarized photocopy or just a photocopy) to prepare according to the requirements
  • The admission documents prepared by applicants should be arranged in the correct order as listed above
  • For ID photos: Applicants write full name, date of birth, program code on the back of the photos and on the photo envelope
  • Curriculum Vitae Form: applicants must use the HSB form (do not use pre-made CV forms sold in student document kits) available at: QHD_mau-ly-lich-2023
