Management and Security (MAS)
A 4-year undergraduate program accredited by Vietnam National University, Hanoi — internationally quality-assured by ACQUIN (Germany/Europe). Integrating business management, information technology and security, developing a new generation of professionals with leadership capacity, strategic thinking and comprehensive digital skills.
The Bachelor's Program in Management and Security (MAS – Bachelor in Management and Security) is a full-time undergraduate program offered by the Hanoi School of Business and Management (HSB), Vietnam National University, Hanoi. It is an interdisciplinary program combining business management, information technology and security, internationally quality-assured by ACQUIN (Germany – Europe). From Semester 5, students choose one of two specialization tracks: Cyber Security Management or Digital Business Management and Data Safety.
The program is built on 3 pillars: academic, physical and character. HSB students are developed according to 6 core values: Health – Ethics – Will – Talent – Love – Responsibility, shaping a professional demeanor and leadership capacity to meet the demands of the global business environment.

Cybersecurity & Information Security
Design, deploy and manage network security systems. Conduct cyber forensic investigations, develop cybersecurity policies and respond to information security incidents.
Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence
Collect, process and visualize large datasets to support business decision-making. Apply machine learning and AI to trend analysis, risk forecasting and operational optimization.
Programming & Digital Transformation
Build and deploy software solutions for digital business. Proficiency in algorithms, programming, database systems and digital transformation in enterprise environments.
Leadership & Risk Management
Lead and coordinate teams through complex situations. Identify, assess and develop risk response and crisis management plans for organizations and enterprises.
Strategic Thinking & Global Business
Analyze business environments, formulate long-term strategies and develop growth plans within the context of global business and the digital era.
MAS graduates enter the workforce with dual competencies — management and technology — opening broad opportunities across enterprises, government agencies and the technology sector.
With 5–10 years of accumulated experience, MAS graduates are projected to advance to specialist or middle-management positions in cybersecurity, digital enterprise management and organizational strategy.
