Ability to Assess and Develop Tools for Preventing and Mitigating Non-Traditional Security Risks
Ability to analyze external environments and stakeholders, identify non-traditional security risks, and develop effective prevention and mitigation solutions.
Competence and Skills in Applying and Evaluating Laws and Regulations
Ability to manage technology transfer contracts and economic contracts involving intellectual property assets.
Ability to Innovate and Improve Existing Solutions
Ability to identify and analyze new business opportunities and apply research outcomes in technology management and business administration to improve or restructure enterprises.
Ability to Work and Study Independently and Effectively
Ability to self-learn, conduct research, manage time effectively, and present research findings, reports, and plans clearly and persuasively.
Ability to Interact, Lead, and Communicate Effectively
Ability to organize, lead, manage, and supervise the implementation of business strategies and plans, while developing teamwork skills. Proficiency in communication, presentation, negotiation in business and technology transfer; effective use of digital communication platforms and English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher in multicultural environments.

Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Law): 3 supplementary courses (9 credits) required. Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Natural Sciences: 5 supplementary courses (15 credits) required.
Language Proficiency
English certificate equivalent to Level 3 of the Vietnamese 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework (e.g., IELTS 5.5); or a bachelor's/master's degree completed abroad in English.
Work Experience
At least 1 year of professional experience in public administration, science and technology management, economic management, or business management.
