The Fourth Industrial Revolution presents both challenges and opportunities for countries around the world, including Vietnam. Vietnamese enterprises have been continuously innovating and adopting scientific and technological advances to strengthen their competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. Effective technology management is one of the key prerequisites for achieving sustainable enterprise development. Admission Process

A two-step admission process combining application screening with an in-depth competency assessment.

Application Screening
A comprehensive review of applicant documents — including personal statement, work experience, and academic qualifications — to ensure alignment with programme standards and VNU regulations.

Competency Assessment
An in-depth bilingual interview with the Admissions Council — assessing motivation, learning objectives, practical experience, research capacity, and readiness for the programme.
Entry Requirements

Academic Background

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Law): 3 supplementary courses (9 credits) required. Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Natural Sciences: 5 supplementary courses (15 credits) required.

Language Proficiency

English certificate equivalent to Level 3 of the Vietnamese 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework (e.g., IELTS 5.5); or a bachelor's/master's degree completed abroad in English.

Work Experience

At least 1 year of professional experience in public administration, science and technology management, economic management, or business management.
