Master's Program Scholarship

Tuition support ranging from 5% to 50%, based on the applicant's profile and category. The scholarship is deducted directly from tuition payments, starting from the program's 2nd semester and spread evenly across the remaining semesters of the standard curriculum.

Future Leaders — HSB & VNU Alumni

Alumni of VNU member/affiliated universities who graduated with a Good degree, within 2 years of graduation.
20%
HSB alumni who graduated with a Good degree.Or alumni who graduated with a Very Good degree from VNU member/affiliated universities.
30%
HSB alumni who graduated with a Very Good degree.Or alumni who graduated with an Excellent degree from VNU member/affiliated universities.

HSB alumni who graduated with an Excellent degree.

Service to the People Scholarship — Police, Military, Public Service

Armed forces personnel or public administrative staff with at least 2 years of work experience.
20%
Armed forces personnel, teachers, or doctors (public sector) currently working in border or island areas.
30%
Children or grandchildren of war invalids/martyrs, with disability rank from 1/4 to 3/4.
50%
Children or grandchildren of war invalids/martyrs, with disability rank 4/4.

HSB – Executive Elite Scholarship — Corporate Partners

5%
Corporate partners with a signed cooperation agreement with HSB.
20%
Companies established for at least 2 years as of the enrollment date, still in operation, and founded no more than 6 years ago.

Gratitude & Dedication Scholarship — HSB/VNU Staff & Family

Officials & permanent staff, or children of officials & permanent staff working at VNU.
30%
Siblings, children, or grandchildren of HSB employees.
50%
Officials & staff currently working at HSB.

International Applicant Scholarship

10%
Citizens of ASEAN member countries.
20%
Foreign nationals married to a Vietnamese citizen.

Scholarship Renewal Conditions

  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher at each evaluation period.
  • Fulfill financial obligations on time; strictly comply with HSB's Training Regulations, Student Affairs Policies, and Code of Conduct, as well as applicable state laws.
  • Renewal eligibility is reviewed at the end of every semester. If a student fails to meet the minimum GPA or receives a disciplinary sanction of Reprimand or higher, the tuition reduction will be suspended starting the following semester.
A suspended scholarship or discount will not be refunded or reinstated under any circumstances.

Supporting Documents by Category

Required for all applicants: Scholarship/tuition discount application form; Bachelor's degree and diploma supplement/transcript (certified copy).
Armed Forces / Public Administrative Staff

Recruitment/appointment/transfer decision, study assignment decision, or a work-seniority confirmation letter from the employer.

Working in Disadvantaged / Border / Island Areas

Work confirmation letter from the direct managing unit, located in the relevant area.

Children of War Invalids / Martyrs

War invalid/disabled veteran/martyr certificate (of the parent) together with a birth certificate proving the parent–child relationship.

Corporate Partners

Labor contract, personnel confirmation letter, together with a valid cooperation agreement (MOU/MOA) between HSB and the company.

Startup Founders

Business registration certificate (established between 2 and 6 years prior to the application date) and a document confirming normal operating status from the tax authority/business registration office.

HSB / VNU Staff & Family Members

Work confirmation letter/permanent labor contract at HSB/VNU; documents proving the family relationship (birth certificate, marriage certificate).

International Applicants

Valid passport; work permit or a document confirming exemption from the work permit requirement in Vietnam for at least 2 years; labor contract; proof of financial means.
