Vnu Delegation Attends The 2026 Youth Union And Student Association Conference Of National Universities And Regional Universities In Can Tho

A delegation of 40 outstanding staff members, union members, and students from Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU)—led by Ms. Hua Thanh Hoa, Member of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Secretary of the VNU Youth Union—attended the Conference with a spirit of initiative, responsibility, and a strong aspiration to contribute. The delegation's presence not only affirmed the capacity and intellect of VNU's young generation, but also strengthened networking and experience-sharing among universities across the country.
Throughout the program, the VNU delegation participated fully in all key activities of the conference—from social welfare initiatives and the inauguration of youth-built facilities to formal working sessions featuring in-depth presentations on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, scientific research, and innovation. During discussion groups, VNU delegates actively spoke up and offered practical contributions, clearly demonstrating a pioneering role in proposing solutions to enhance the quality of Youth Union and Student Association activities, develop digital competencies, and nurture ideals among students in the new era.
A particular highlight of the Conference was the official handover of the hosting flag to VNU's Youth Union and Student Association, designating VNU as the host of the next Conference in 2028. This is not only a great honor but also a recognition of VNU's reputation, organizational capacity, and leadership role within the national university system. It equally represents a strong commitment by VNU to continue leading, innovating, and spreading positive values — making meaningful contributions to the broader development of the Youth Union and Student Association movement nationwide.
The journey in Can Tho concluded with many memorable milestones, opening a new chapter in which VNU's young generation continues to affirm its central role—ready to take on the responsibility of successfully hosting the next Conference.
